This collection has been painstakingly collected, tasted (not too painful, actually!) and perfectly cellared in our slate wine cellar.

We also have perhaps the largest collection of ports and dessert wines anywhere in the northwest, with over 45 ports, 100 late-harvests, and 20 different Ice Wines!
